STEP 1: LEASE A PLOT

Companies that want to be a part of Ostend Science Park, can acquire land at the park through leasehold. Plots of different size are available. Prices are negotiated and depend on various variables.

Interested companies can obtain all building regulations and location conditions via info@ostendsciencepark.be.

STEP 3: ENJOY NUMEROUS BENEFITS

In addition to the lease, companies pay a park management fee of 0.80 euros per m² of gross floor space. In exchange for that fee, Ostend Science Park provides:

First-class network
Guaranteed fast access to Ghent University: contact with a renowned academic expert within 48 hours. Specific high-level meetings with appropriate experts from Ghent University, exclusively for companies that participate in Ostend Science Park. Public relations, social media and spokesmen to media and stakeholders. Participating companies are included in the media network and strategy of Ostend Science Park.
Bluebridge research building
Access to the online booking system for meeting and event space, as well as a discount.Access to the calendar of all public events held in Bluebridge and invitations to all of those by default. Access to the Bluebridge online booking system. Two-hour consultation with the present knowledge and business developers every quarter (e.g. help with project applications).
Area maintenance
Management and maintenance of the collective green areas and water. Management and maintenance of signposting and roads. In addition to this core package, Ostend Science Park also facilitates joint initiatives. Such as group purchases for security, mobility (e.g. bicycle sharing system, shuttle service) and waste collection.
