Join us at Sea Your Future 2021, a full day event for actors in the Blue Economy. Get to know and make contact with companies and knowledge institutions, and find out more about what is going on in the marine and maritime sector.
We’ll start the day with a number of interesting pitches on the design of multi-use offshore platforms, by the Blue Science & Technology Summer Training students (BlueS&T).
During a panel debate, moderated by Peter Scheijgrond from MET-Support, experienced professionals from the offshore industry, policy-makers and researchers will discuss the challenges and opportunities for offshore renewable energy.
Confirmed panel members so far: DEME Group, Jan De Nul, DG MARE, Teamwork Technology and UGent.
The debate will be followed by the graduation ceremony of the BlueS&T students and a matchmaking lunch.
During our matchmaking lunch, students and young professionals looking for career opportunities in the Blue Economy sector will get the opportunity to get in touch with some of the main industry actors. The networking village offers additional chances to get to know the sector and broaden your network.
